EinleitungFür die kommende Wintersaison 2025/26 und mit Perspektive auf eine längerfristige Zusammenarbeit (Saisonanstellung) suchen wir einen erfahrenen, motivierten und qualitätsorientierten Chef de Partie (m/w/d) für unser Restaurant Chasellas (15 Punkte Gault Millau). Am direkten Einstieg ins Ski- und Wandergebiet gelegen, lädt das Restaurant Chasellas mit seinem alpinen Charme und der sonnigen Terrasse zum Verweilen ein. Tagsüber verwöhnt das Chasellas seine Gäste mit einer bodenständigen, rustikalen Mittagsküche, die ideal auf die Bedürfnisse von Skifahrern und Wanderern abgestimmt ist. Am Abend verwandelt sich das Chasellas in eine Bühne für kulinarische Höhenflüge: Küchenchef Marco Kind begeistert mit einer raffinierten Gourmetküche, geprägt von seiner Liebe zu regionalen und saisonalen Produkten, seiner Leidenschaft für die mediterrane Küche sowie seiner besonderen Hingabe zu hausgemachter Pasta. Dabei bleibt er stets dem kulinarischen Stil treu, für den das Chasellas seit jeher geschätzt wird, authentisch, kreativ und unverwechselbar. Ihre Aufgaben Selbstständige Führung eines Postens in der Hauptküche (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier etc.) Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs Sorgfältige Vorbereitung und fachgerechte Zubereitung der Speisen Umsetzung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards nach HACCP Anleitung und Ausbildung von Commis und Demi-Chefs Kreative Mitwirkung bei der Menügestaltung, Banketts und Sonderveranstaltungen Koordination mit anderen Posten und reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Team Wir bietenInteressante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem 110-jährigem Haus mit Tradition Zeitgemässe Entlöhnung und Sozialleistungen Überobligatorische Vorsorge für langjährige Mitarbeitende Treueprämie nach 10 Saisons Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Unterbringung 13.
