Als Chef de Bar gestaltest du diesen besonderen Ort mit – nicht nur operativ, sondern mit Haltung, Stil und Handschrift. Du bist Gastgeber/in mit Präsenz, Teamleader/in mit Fachkenntnis und kreativer Kopf hinter der Theke. Mit Gespür für Atmosphäre und höchsten Anspruch an Qualität schaffst du ein Bar-Erlebnis, das bleibt. Werde Teil eines Hauses, das Genuss neu interpretiert – und gib der POST am Ortler deine persönliche Note. Deine Aufgaben:Zubereitung von kreativen Cocktails und Getränken Pflege und Organisation des Barbereichs Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Bar Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service für unsere Gäste Wir bieten:Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem 4*S Hotel Eine leistungsorientierte Entlohnung Die Möglichkeit, Teil eines jungen, neuen und dynamischen Teams zu sein und dieses von Anfang an mitzugestalten Kostenlose Unterkunft im Einzelzimmer & Verpflegung (auch an freien Tagen) Eintrittsdatum: ab Dezember 2025 – bei Verfügbarkeit bereits ab November möglich Veröffentlichungsdatum: 18.07.2025 Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (je nach Vereinbarung 40 bis 48 Stunden pro Woche), 5,5 oder 6 Tage Woche

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung • Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Barkeeper/in • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Italienischkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil • Leidenschaft für hochwertigen Service und Gastfreundschaft • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Getränkekunde und Cocktailzubereitung • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Serviceorientierung • Teamgeist • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
