Your tasks Prepare and restock minibar trolleys, check rooms (including unoccupied), refill drinks and amenities, and maintain cleanliness. Wash and polish glasses, update minibar lists, and ensure trolleys are tidy and ready for the next day. Weekly: Refill office coffee, sugar, and cream; monitor minibar storage and prepare orders if needed. Assist with laundry: collect and sort laundry orders, prepare and label floor carts.
