Einschulung & Coaching des Teams. Qualitätskontrolle der Front Office Prozesse. Kontrolle von Kassen & Abrechnungen. Prüfung von Reservierungen und Zimmerzuteilung. Lösungsorientiertes Beschwerdemanagement. Unterstützung bei Dienstplanung. Sicherstellung eines gepflegten Eingans- und Lobbybereichs. Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen.
