Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Ihre AufgabenPosition: Assistent/in der Gouvernante ab Juni 2026 Aufgabenbereiche: Unterstützung der Gouvernante bei der Leitung und Koordination des Housekeeping-Teams an den freien Tagen der Gouvernante Gewährleistung der Einhaltung hoher Standards in Bezug auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Servicequalität in allen Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels Überwachung des Bestands an Reinigungs- und Pflegeprodukten sowie des Equipment-Bedarfs und rechtzeitige Berichterstattung an die entsprechenden Abteilungen Durchführung regelmässiger Inspektionen der Gästezimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Standards erfüllt werden Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten in den Gästezimmern, öffentlichen Bereichen und anderen Hotelräumlichkeiten nach den festgelegten Standards Reinigung des Wellnessbereichs Wechseln von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sowie Auffüllen von Pflegeprodukten Kontrolle und ggf. Instandsetzung von Inventar und Ausstattung in den Zimmern Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards Meldung von Reparaturbedarf und Mängeln an die zuständigen Abteilungen Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Richtlinien Ihre QualifikationenAnforderungen: Nachweisliche Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Hotel- oder Gastgewerbebereich Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten Starke Führungseigenschaften und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln Detailgenaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und idealerweise auch in Deutsch Wir bieten IhnenAttraktive Vergütung und Sozialleistungen Die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklungsperspektiven Einladende Arbeitsumgebung mit einem dynamischen und engagierten Team kostenslose Spa-Nutzung
