As the Head Cook at our restaurant located in Rua da Boavista 66, Lisbon, Portugal, you will play a crucial role in leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation process, creating and implementing new menu items, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes. Additionally, your role will involve training and supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in English, and a passion for culinary excellence. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 1300 € to 1700 € (Gross) along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic team.
