Your Mission :

• To welcome our customers and take them on a journey to Italy, making every stage of the service a warm and friendly experience.


• Perfect knowledge of the restaurant's menu (products and wines) to advise and assist customers in their choices.


• Knowledge of sales techniques to optimise your average ticket and contribute to the restaurant's economic performance.


• Passing on your know-how to help runners improve their skills.

• Perfekte Kenntnis der Speisekarte (Gerichte und Weine), um die Gäste fachkundig zu beraten.


• Kenntnisse im Verkauf, um den Durchschnittsbon zu optimieren und zur wirtschaftlichen Leistung des Restaurants beizutragen.


• Dein Wissen weitergeben, um den Runners beim Verbessern ihrer Fähigkeiten zu helfen.
