🔎 About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as Assistant FB Attendant. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operations of our restaurant and bar areas. With 435 rooms, our hotel is located in the vibrant city of London and offers a large restaurant and a lobby bar. As an Assistant F&B Attendant, your role will primarily involve cleaning, clearing tables, and performing back-office tasks to ensure a clean and organized environment for our guests.
💼 What You’ll DoClean and sanitise tables, chairs, floors and other dining furniture to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining, ensuring efficient turnover for incoming guests.
Follow food safety and hygiene practices, adhering to health regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, assisting with seating, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Support the buffet setup by arranging tables, chairs, and buffet stations as instructed.
Refill food and beverage items as needed, ensuring presentation and freshness.
