Âmbito Ajudar na execução do serviço da secção, seguindo a orientação dos gestores e dos membros mais experientes da equipa, nomeadamente, os 1º Cozinheiros, contribuindo para o serviço na bancada que lhe é atribuída e, globalmente, os objectivos de serviço diário e semanal são cumpridos. Responsabilidades e áreas de acção Participar na preparação de refeições e procedimentos de cozinha - Participar na preparação de refeições na unidade. - Reunir e preparar o equipamento de acabamento do serviço. - Ajudar no serviço de finalização e empréstimo para eventos ou para o serviço de cartas. - Ajudar na recepção e verificação prévia da qualidade e quantidade das matérias primas solicitadas. - Ajudar na limpeza, sanitização e armazenamento da secção de cozinha/pastelaria e, no final do turno, dos congeladores, frigoríficos, etc., bem como, pode ajudar no controlo diário do HACCP.
