Recibir a los clientes y atender las mesas sin tardanza · Servir comida y bebida a los clientes, haciendo recomendaciones si es necesario · Utilizar tus conocimientos del menú para responder las preguntas de los clientes y atender sus peticiones especiales · Procesar correctamente operaciones en el sistema Shiji · Verificar la satisfacción de los clientes con cada plato y bebida · Limpiar las mesas, realizar las labores de cierre y reponer servicios de mesa y otros artículos · Realizar labores de apertura y cierre, incluyendo preparación de todos los artículos necesarios, limpieza de zonas y equipos, cierre de puertas, etc. · Preparar, surtir y mantener áreas de trabajo. · Seguir las instrucciones establecidas para mantener limpias y en orden las áreas de trabajo · Preparar servicios de café, carritos y puestos con todo lo necesario · Organizar el servicio de mesas, puestos, buffets y carritos · Presentarte al supervisor al terminar el turno
