IntroductionLe Grand Bellevue is considered one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad. It combines the luxury and sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house. Surrounded by a private park, the five-star hotel is located directly on Gstaad's famous promenade and has 57 elegant guest rooms. We are looking for someone for the position of: Assistant Human Resources 40% - 60% (m/w/d) Your TasksEnsure a smooth entry and exit process from A-Z Prepare offers, payslips and certificates Assistance in drawing up employment contracts, obtaining work permits, processing accident and illness reports Organize the end of contract documents Ensuring compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the L-GAV Administration of onboarding and offboarding You support and accompany our employees from the moment they move into staff accommodation and ensure that they remain connected to us as ambassadors when they leave Why us ?Get your accommodation in our staffhouses in the surroundings of the hotel Select the half/full pension from our staff restaurant Be a hotel member of Swiss Deluxe Hotels group and enjoy discounted stay in the partners' hotels Enjoy the benefits and discounts of the YOURGSTAAD card over the station Get access to Brands for Employees and their platform of deals
