Ihre Aufgaben: • Sie aggieren als Key-Ansprechpartner für unsere 22 Hotels in Deutschland sowie 4 Standalone Hotels in Luxembourg, Amsterdam und Wien für den Bereich Non-F&B Procurement • Sie behalten unsere Unternehmensziele stets im Blick und treiben aktiv Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit voran • Sie verantworten die Auftragsvergabe für Dienstleistungen in Ihrem Bereich und stellen sicher, dass alle Entscheidungen im Einklang mit der Procurement-Strategie sowie den etablierten Standards und Prozessen getroffen werden • Sie verhandeln im Interesse des Unternehmens mit diversen Vertragspartnern und sorgen für bestmögliche Angebote sowie Konditionen • Sie sichern die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Markenstandards und achten darauf, dass diese entlang der gesamten Lieferkette gewährleistet sind • Sie fördern aktiv Nachhaltigkeit in unseren Einkaufsprozessen und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, ökologische und soziale Aspekte weiter zu stärken • Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Headquarter in Palma de Mallorca zusammen und berichten direkt an das zentrale Procurement-Team Wonach suchen wir: • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet die Basis für Ihre fachliche Expertise • Sie kommunizieren klar, überzeugend und empathisch, und verfügen über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, analysestark und organisiert und behalten auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick • Sie bewegen sich sicher in Excel, Opera Cloud und Coupa – oder sind motiviert, sich schnell darin einzuarbeiten • Sprachlich sind Sie international aufgestellt: Sie sprechen Deutsch und Englisch fließend, Spanisch ist ein wertvolles Plus
