🔎 About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Health and Safety Officer. The Health and Safety Officer monitors the HACCP Plan and maintains the safety programs, policy, reports as per regulatory requirements.
💼 What You’ll Do
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across all departments.
• Conduct regular audits of departments to assess compliance with all the procedures
• Coordinate all HACCP food hygiene programs and SOPs.
• Maintain procedures to reduce waste generation, increase recycling rates, and minimize the environmental impact of hotel operations.
• Provide comprehensive training programs for all staff to enhance awareness and compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene policies.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
• Understanding of current UK H&S legislation, compliance standards, and local authority reporting protocols.
• Skills to design and deliver engaging internal training sessions that hold people's attention
• High precision in documentation, ensuring legal records and incident logs are audit-ready at all times.

• Hourly Rate: £17.26
• Part time: 20 hours per week
