Das erwartet Sie als Sous Chef (m/w/d): Wir suchen eine kreative Unterstützung für unser Küchenteam! Mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement sowie dem Anspruch jeden Tag ein bisschen besser zu werden, stellen Sie das Gasterlebnis und die Begeisterung unserer Gäste in den Mittelpunkt Ihrer Arbeit. • Kreative Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen für die Bereiche à la carte, Bankett und Room Service im "UpTown Style" • Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts-, Service und HACCP Standards • Mise en Place und Lagerhaltung • Kontrolle der angelieferten Ware • Leitung des Teams sowie die Dienstplangestaltung in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs • Kontrolle der Kühlhäuser • Warenbestellungen aufgeben Wonach wir suchen: • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Koch (m/w/d) • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung • ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und Spaß am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • gastorientiertes Handeln, eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamplayer
