Deine Rolle bei uns: Als Rezeptionsmitarbeiter bist du die erste Stimme, das erste Lächeln und oft der erste Eindruck der Villa Rainer. Du empfängst unsere Gäste, behältst den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass sich Menschen vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen. Du machst aus Ankommen ein Willkommen – und aus einem Aufenthalt ein gutes Gefühl. Ihre AufgabenHerzlicher Check-In und Check-Out sowie administrative Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption. Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption. Urlaubsberater:in und Gastgeber:in für unsere Gäste. Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen mit Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz. Führen von Telefongesprächen und Bearbeiten des E-Mail-Verkehrs. Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Sicherstellung eines aufgeräumten und einladenden Empfangsbereichs. • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen gesammelt und fühlst dich in der Hotellerie zu Hause. • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus. • Der Umgang mit MS Office und PMS-Systemen gehört für dich zum Arbeitsalltag – idealerweise kennst du die Front Office Cloud bereits. • Du kümmerst dich mit Herz und Professionalität um die individuellen Wünsche unserer Gäste und meisterst das Beschwerdemanagement souverän. • Eingehende Reservierungen bearbeitest du effizient.
