Mission: The Night Auditor will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests. What will I be doing?<ul dir="ltr"><li>Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.</li><li>Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.</li><li>Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests</li><li>Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night</li><li>Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day</li><li>Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift</li></ul> What are we looking for?<ul dir="ltr"><li>Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be considered a plus</li><li>Good knowledge of Opera PMS</li><li>Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category</li><li>Reliability, problem solving skills.</li></ul>
