What we are looking for:The overall scope of the Marketing and Communications Manager is to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, photography, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets; to manage the marketing touchpoints including the website, social media accounts, third party websites; to maintain brand consistency across 7Pines propertie; to manage a team of Marketing Executives and guide them in the day to day marketing activities.The Marketing and Communications Manager focuses on:Ensure brand appearance is in line with our position across all touchpoints (online & offline).
Development and execution of the advertising plan (local / national / international markets).
Liaison with agencies (PR agencies, digital marketing agency, social media agency…).
Maintain and develop website content (content creation, SEO implementations…).
Ensure online profiles content is accurate (Google My Business, TripAdvisor, OTAs…).
SEA activities: plan, execute, monitor and evaluate campaigns through monthly calls with our Digital Marketing Agency.
Manage social media accounts.
Design branded collaterals following brand corporate identity (digital & print)
Planning and handling of photo and video shootings.
Organise recurring meetings with hotel operation teams to develop and execute the promotional plan.
Collaborate with agency for blog content production, implement content on blog, create and distribute newsletter to database.
Maintain mobile app content up to date.
Monitor Online Reputation and reply to positive guest reviews and surveys in a timely manner.
Develop and execute PR strategy in collaboration with PR agencies.
Organize and host press visits (site inspection and stays).
Maintain hotel press kits up to date and share with enquiring media.
Target and register the resort(s) in relevant industry awards.
Communicate news and updates internally.
