• Du bist deiner Rolle als "erster und letzter Eindruck" bei unseren Gäste bewusst • Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit in den Beziehungen zu unseren Gästen • Lebensfreude und natürliche Freundlichkeit • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein charmantes Auftreten • Herzlicher & authentischer, dienstleistungsorientierter Service • Guter Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen und unserem PMS System Opera Cloud • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption und/oder bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der 5-Sterne-Hotellerie • Teamfähigkeit und Genauigkeit
