A tua missão

Responsável ao nivel de preparação e confecção de alimentos tendo em conta os níveis de eficiência, a consistência do produto e a qualidade dos alimentos;
Trabalha em estreita colaboração com Cozinheiro de 1ª e 2ª;
Participa ativamente na preparação e confeção de alimentos na secção.

A tua responsabilidade
Responsável pela consistência de confeção dos pratos, de acordo com as fichas técnicas e apresentação;
Confecionar em condições ótimas tanto ao nível de higiene como de qualidade, todos os pratos e items designados para as diferentes secções;
Verificar na secção a lista de falta para os dias seguintes;
Garantir ótimas condições tanto a nivel de higiene como de qualidade.

Os nossos requisitos
12º ano;
Formação técnico-profissional de cozinha ou aprendizagem prática de pelo menos 1 ano;
Inglês: falado e preferencialmente o domínio de outras línguas;
1 a 2 anos de experiência.
