Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

* Introducción de reservas al sistema.
* Revisión de las reservas que entran automáticas.
* Atención telefónica y por email.
* Actualización de tarifas y cupos.
* Cotización de grupos, eventos y reuniones, gestión de los mismos y seguimiento.
* Revisión de las reservas del día siguiente.
* Cartelería de los eventos, realización de minutas, etc.
* Apoyo en la estrategia de venta del hotel.

Estamos reforzando nuestro equipo comercial para acelerar el desarrollo de las ventas BtoC y BtoB en los mercados español y portugués.


En colaboración con la DMC Europa (dirección Marketing y Comercial), definir y liderar el plan de acción asociado a las siguientes misiones:

1. Desarrollo de ventas

-Prospectar, desarrollar y consolidar acuerdos de colaboración s con turoperadores o  distribuidores para promover y comercializar Huttopia entre la clientela Española prioritariamente y Portuguesa. Negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales.

-Participar en ferias y salones profesionales y eventos BtoB para aumentar la notoriedad de Huttopia.

-Buscar y calificar nuevos leads en el mercado de grupos, reuniones e incentivos (seminarios, eventos, grupos de afinidad o escolares...), para los sitios Huttopia España y Portugal.

-Optimizar la presencia y el rendimiento de los sitios España & Portugal en plataformas de visibilidad o de reserva online, desarrollar y mantener la calidad de los posicionamientos en cada destino.

-Contribuir a la optimización de los contenidos, soportes de Ventas / Marketing y campañas de comunicación, aportando la experiencia de mercado local, en colaboración con el equipo de Marketing.


2. Vigilancia estratégica y conocimiento de mercado

-Realizar un seguimiento de la competencia e identificar tendencias del mercado español y portugués.

-Mantener una vigilancia activa de los eventos locales susceptibles de generar tráfico y demanda en los destinos de implantación de nuestros sitios  (festivales, eventos deportivos o culturales).

-Construir y mantener un calendario de momentos claves en los mercado de referncia y colaborar con los equipos centrales de marketing para definir los planes de animación comercial y marketing asociados.


3. Reporting y análisis

-Seguir y analizar los indicadores de rendimiento Business y Cliente (facturación, satisfacción clientes, fidelización).
-Proponer planes de acción correctivos y ejes de mejora.

Perfil buscado

-Formación superior (Grado/Licenciatura o Máster) en comercio, marketing o turismo.
-Experiencia confirmada (3 a 5 años) en desarrollo comercial BtoC y BtoB, idealmente en el sector turístico, hotelero o de ocio.
-Excelente capacidad de negociación y habilidades interpersonales.
-Autonomía, proactividad y espíritu de equipo.
-Español nativo, dominio de inglés o francés (idealmente), el dominio del portugués es un plus.
-Afinidad por la naturaleza, los viajes y el universo Huttopia.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

General Sales Agent (GSA) dedicado a la venta de alquiler de vehículos de Hertz y otros productos destinado únicamente a Agencias de Viaje y Tour operadores españoles.

Hertz GSA es la empresa que lleva la comercialización del Alquiler de Vehículos para HERTZ España a nivel vacacional y Pymes para Agencias de Viaje y Tour operadores de España, así como otras representaciones comerciales de Booking.com, Italo tren y MyParking.

-Perfil de la vacante: Comercial Freelance con experiencia en visitas comerciales a Agencias de Viaje en el territorio de Cataluña. Se valorará ubicación en Barcelona capital.

Responsibilities: As a Bellman, you will be an essential part of the guest experience. Your main responsibility is to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure process while assisting guests throughout their stay.

Set at Palácio Santa Clara above Alfama’s colourful lanes, the hotel overlooks the river and occupies the former College of St. Francis Xavier, once the Royal Navy Hospital. We are now seeking a Sales Manager who embodies our “Anything but Standard” spirit.

Your role

You’ll support the Director of Sales and Commercial teams in delivering our pre-opening strategy and driving revenue across Leisure, Entertainment, Corporate, and Groups. You’ll help establish systems and processes, build awareness in the Lisbon market, and host hard-hat tours for clients and partners. Long term, you’ll manage accounts, develop new business, support annual sales plans, shape promotions with Revenue and Marketing, and assist with RFPs and reporting. You may travel within Portugal, Brazil, Europe, and the USA for sales calls, fairs, and events.

This is a high-energy, non-traditional Sales Manager role, requiring confidence, resilience, and a social, upbeat personality.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring 2+ years of Hotel Sales experience—ideally as a Sales Manager in a lifestyle or 4/5-star hotel in Lisbon or Portugal—with strong knowledge of the local market and feeder regions. You are organised, proactive, and confident setting up sales processes, with experience in leads, account management, proposals, and RFPs. A creative, solutions-focused mindset, strong ROI awareness, and a collaborative, engaging personality are essential. You excel in reporting, CRM use, and data accuracy, hold relevant bachelor-level qualifications, and show strong communication and attention to detail. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; other languages are a plus. Flexibility is expected during pre-opening. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
