Mission: Responsible for providing appropriate and courteous service. Complies at all times with quality standards and pays special attention to customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are presented correctly before being delivered to customers in order to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, and earn their recognition and preference for hotel services.
What will you be doing?
• Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate enthusiastically.
• Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.
• Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Supervise the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course.
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experience.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

The position can be classified from level D1 to level C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level D1: €1.556,99 gross monthly; level C3: €1.621,40 gross monthly; level C2: €1.726,99 gross monthly).
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between €21.797,86 and €24.177,86, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
