Será responsável pela arrumação e limpeza das seguintes áreas do hotel: hall de recepção, escadas, corredores, quartos, casas de banho e restantes zonas comuns e internas do hotel. Controlar o material e os produtos do departamento. Comunicar ao(à) seu(sua) responsável quaisquer anomalias nas instalações. Comunicar ao(à) seu(sua) responsável os objetos perdidos pelos clientes. Prestar atendimento direto ao cliente nas funções próprias da sua área. Executar tarefas de lavandaria e tratamento de roupa. Todas estas tarefas serão realizadas sempre de acordo com os procedimentos internos e os padrões de qualidade do grupo.
