In this senior role, you will be integral in
• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards in 3 busy outlets in our 400 bedroom property
• Managing Writers Bar & lounge, Toddy's Brasserie and The Gallery Restaurant
• Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Implementation and maintaining service standards.
• Overseeing staff training,
• Monitoring inventory and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Developing a successful partnership with the kitchen team.
✔️ What We’re Looking For
• Proven minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience in large busy 4/5 star hotels
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Hospitality qualification is desirable but not essential

• Gross salary: €45,000-€50,000
• Annual leave: 20 days
