El hotel Abadia Retuerta LeDomaine de 5* está ubicado en una Abadia del S.XII rodeada por una finca de 700 hectáreas en el municipio de Sardón de Duero (Valladolid) en plena milla de oro de la Ribera del Duero. Cuenta con 30 habitaciones, 2 restaurantes, uno de ellos con estrella michelin, y spa.

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day. MISSION: Assist in the preparation and service of drinks and cocktails for bar customers, adhering to operational standards and service manuals, and ensuring the proper management of the bar and work area. What will I be doing?<ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"><li>Assist the Bartender in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.</li><li>Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving drinks and snacks.</li><li>Support the preparation and presentation of cocktails, following recipes and brand standards.</li><li>Restock and replenish bar inventory, ensuring all products and utensils are clean, organized, and ready for service.</li><li>Keep the bar area tidy, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).</li><li>Check and maintain the correct setup, lighting, music, and overall ambiance of the bar area.</li><li>Assist in opening and closing duties according to the outlet checklist.</li><li>Stay guest-focused, anticipate needs, and contribute to creating an excellent and memorable guest experience.</li></ul> What are we looking for?<ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"><li>Previous experience as a Barback, Assistant Bartender, or Barista in a similar environment.</li><li>Genuine passion for hospitality and beverage service.</li><li>Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within the role.</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.</li></ul> The position can be classified at level C3 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C3: € 1.621,40 gross monthly).The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between € 22.699,60 and € 23.570,12, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.  Further information on framing, economic treatment, any reward systems, welfare and company benefits will be provided during the selection process
