Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
Eine kommunikative, herzliche und begeisterungsfähige Gastgeberpersönlichkeit
Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, Diskretion, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sehr gute Menschenkenntnis und ein feines Gespür für individuelle Gästebedürfnisse
Sehr gute Französisch-, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
Eine umsichtige, belastbare Arbeitsweise und Überblick auch in lebhaften Situationen
