GEX - Guest Experience Assistant

What will you have to do? • Comply with the strategy of experiences in the destination, offering customers unique services and products based on their preferences. • Efficiently manage all guest requests, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimise the hotel's extra revenues, while focusing on achieving total guest satisfaction. • Ensure the customer experience by personalising their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. • Handle customer incidents according to established protocols. • Adhere to the attributes, standards, and manuals applicable to the department. What are we looking for? • Training in Tourism, Social Sciences, PR, or a similar field. • Proficiency in Italian and English • Excellent knowledge of the destination. • Vocation for service and high orientation to the luxury segment. • Organisation and planning skills. • Attention to detail. • Minimum of 2 years in a similar hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a customer-facing position such as the Guest Experience department.
