Deine MissionDu bist die rechte Hand der Küchenleitung und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Timing und Teamwork in jeder Schicht passen – von Mise en Place bis Service. Deine Aufgaben Produktion & Service Mitverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Tages- und Abendservice Sicherstellen von Geschmack, Präsentation & Qualität. Mitgestaltung von saisonalen Gerichten und Tagesempfehlungen Team & Organisation Anleiten und Unterstützen des Küchenteams im laufenden Betrieb Struktur im Posten, saubere Übergaben, ruhige Führung in Peak-Zeiten Mitdenken bei Dienstplanung/Organisation (in Abstimmung mit der Küchenleitung) Warenwirtschaft & Hygiene Mitverantwortung für Wareneinsatz, Lager, Bestellungen (je nach Setup) Einhalten und Vorleben von HACCP-Standards und Sauberkeit Wir bietenSaisonjob Sommer 2026 (Zeitraum nach Vereinbarung; ideal ca. Mai–September) Monatsgehalt ab € 3.000 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit), mit klarer Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung.
