• Atención directa a clientes (turistas y propietarios) de forma presencial, telefónica y por correo electrónico.
• Gestión y supervisión de reservas y procesos administrativos asociados.
• Coordinación de check-in y check-out y organización de la operativa diaria.
• Resolución de incidencias y toma de decisiones en el día a día.
• Coordinación y seguimiento del trabajo de mantenimiento, limpieza y proveedores externos.

Guest Experience con Ruso

La historia de AR Hotels & Resorts se remota a la década de 1980, cuando comienzan con la construcción de los apartamentos Voramar, y con ellos, el sueño de convertirse en un referente del turismo vacacional en la Costa Blanca. <li>Participar en la gestión y operativa en la satisfacción de los clientxs, durante las diferentes fases (pre llegada, llegada, estancia y post estancia), junto con responsable de recepción y dirección. </li>
<li>Revisar la satisfacción de lxs clientes con actitud resolutiva y destreza con las diferentes herramientas y portales (Prestige, Review Pro, Booking.com, El Tenedor, …), analizando los resultados, junto con responsable de recepción y dirección. </li>
<li>Revisar índices de satisfacción como reseñas, comentarios, felicitaciones, sugerencias e incidencias, cumpliendo objetivos, detectando “acción/reacción” junto con responsable de recepción y dirección. </li>
<li>Identificar clientes VIP1 y clientes especiales (peques y adultos), solicitudes, celebraciones, … con un seguimiento personalizado, fomentar sus comentarios en portales. (Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com)  </li>
<li>Adelantarse y sorprender ante posibles necesidades, solicitudes, felicitaciones e incidencias, fidelizando con los estándares establecidos. (prever imprevistos) </li>
<li>Participar en promover acciones sorprendentes para los clientes. </li>
<li>Colaborar con responsable de recepción y dirección en los planes de acción y auditorias. (departamentales, “mistery guest”, Q, sostenibilidad, …, etc.). </li>
<li>Mejora continua: apoyo en la definición de mejoras en el posicionamiento de AR, junto con dirección y JJDD. </li>
<li>Promover ventas en la oferta interna (SPA, restauración, salas, shows, inmobiliaria, …) y externa (excursiones, actividades, lugares de interés, alquileres transporte, …). </li>
</ul> ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? ⚖- Diplomado/a en Turismo o formaciones afines.- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en puesto igual o similar en atención al clientx final.- Idiomas: ruso (dominio y preferiblemente nativo), inglés, francés, valorable otros idiomas. - Informática: nivel avanzado en Ofimatica, Microsoft, Teams, Prestige, Review Pro, Jira, … (valorable sistemas gestión hosteleros) - Perfil comercial, habilidades en comunicación oral y escrita.
