Job Mission
The Pool Concierge is the primary link between guests and the pool area services. Their mission is to ensure a personalized, comfortable, and memorable experience, anticipating guest needs and maintaining an impeccable, safe, and exclusive pool environment. This role directly contributes to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the hotel's reputation for excellence.
What You Will Do
• Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and provide clear information about services, amenities, bali beds, and pool rules.
• Ensure sunbeds, umbrellas, cushions, tables, toallas, and amenities are perfectly arranged, clean, and ready at all times.
• Anticipate needs, assist with guest requests, support with bali bed reservations, and provide recommendations based on guest profiles.
• Assist in F&B service related to the pool area, including drinks and snack delivery, supporting smooth service in coordination with the bar team.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure a seamless and high-quality poolside experience.
• Manage incidents, guest concerns, or complaints professionally and ensure compliance with safety and behavioral guidelines in the pool area.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury environments.
• Background in Tourism or Hospitality (valued).
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and dynamism.
• Knowledge of English language is a strong plus.
• Empathetic, friendly, and able to deliver personalized service.
