Receptionists for Ireland Global Experts Recruiting is a leading recruitment agency based in Spain, helping qualified professionals find the best jobs with top employers in the international hotel industry. For our clients – 4 and 5 hotels in Ireland we are seeking receptionists for the upcoming summer season or for year-round positions. Your main responsibilities: - Professional welcome and service of guests at reception. - Check-in and check-out processing. - Handling telephone and written correspondence (email, reservations, inquiries). - Collaboration with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, management). - Providing friendly and solution-oriented handling of complaints and requests. - Support with administrative tasks and organization. Your profile: - Completed hotel management training or comparable experience. - At least 2 years of experience in hotels (preferably 4*/5*). - Excellent English skills (additional languages are an advantage). - Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. - Motivation, reliability, and teamwork skills. - A strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with international guests.
