Conciliará los planes comerciales con la estrategia comercial de la propiedad y la marca con una continua supervisión de las actividades financieras para reportar los resultados financieros con los objetivos deseables.Garantizará la adecuación de los procedimientos a los cambios normativos que surgieran,El/La Director Financiero se centra en:Mejorar el reporte de informes, agregando valor con sus comentarios y propuestas a la hora de elaborarlos, presentarlos y llevar a cabo los planes de acción o mejora. Obtener el procesamiento de transacciones y cierre de libros de la manera más eficiente Supervisar el departamento de compras para garantizar la rentabilidad. Mejora de la eficiencia del departamento y el equipo al que reconocer y fidelizar. This person will contribute with his financial experience a continuity to the successful service strategy of the brand maximizing with the return on investment (ROI). You will reconcile business plans with the business strategy of the property and brand with continuous oversight of financial activities to report financial results with desirable objectives.Will guarantee the adequacy of the procedures to the regulatory changes that arise, The Director of Finance focuses on:Improve the reporting of reports, adding value with their comments and proposals when preparing, presenting and carrying out action or improvement plans. Obtain transaction processing and book closing in the most efficient way Supervise the purchasing department to ensure profitability. La persona que buscamos para este puesto debe tener las siguientes cualidades:Excelentes habilidades organizativas y comunicativas en español e inglés, valorándose alemán u otros idiomas. Conocimiento y experiencia de la operativa en un entorno hotelero de lujo de 5 estrellas. Titulación mínima; Diplomatura Ciudadanía Europea Capacidad de visionar y crear objetivos claros para trasladar a otros involucrándolos. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y autónomamente con sentido claro de organización para priorización y delegación de tareas. Capacidad de resolución para coordinar y equilibrar los posibles intereses en conflicto de diferentes partes interesadas. Capacidad para escuchar, interactuar positivamente y trabajar de manera eficaz con los demás. Habilidad y capacidad para realizar actividades complejas, involucrando ideas de negocios, habilidades técnicas e interpersonales. Experiencia técnica general en contabilidad en análisis y planificación financiera. Comprensión y perspicacia empresarial Altamente orientado al cliente y a los resultados IT Literate (relacionados con los estándares de la industria hotelera y redes sociales) Resiliencia frente a contratiempos Dinámico, inspirador, innovador y pragmático Gran sentido de compromiso y de integridad The person we are looking for, should have the following skills:Excellent organizational and communicative skills in Spanish and English, valuing German or other languages. Knowledge and experience of operating in a 5-star luxury hotel environment. Ability to envision and create clear objectives to convey to others by involving them. Diploma studies EU Citizenship Ability to work in a team and autonomously with a clear sense of organization for prioritization and delegation of tasks. Resolution capacity to coordinate and balance the possible conflicting interests of different stakeholders. Ability to listen, interact positively and work effectively with others. Ability to perform complex activities, involving business ideas, technical and interpersonal skills. General technical experience in accounting in financial analysis and planning.
