Responsabilidades:

•	Preparar, cocinar y presentar la oferta gastronómica del servicio de desayunos según las recetas y estándares establecidos.
•	Elaborar preparaciones de cocina caliente y fría propias del servicio de desayuno.
•	Realizar tareas de mise en place y organización de la partida.
•	Garantizar la correcta manipulación, conservación y almacenamiento de alimentos.
•	Mantener la limpieza y el orden de la cocina y las áreas de trabajo.
•	Colaborar con el equipo durante el servicio para asegurar una operativa eficiente.
•	Controlar el stock y comunicar necesidades de aprovisionamiento.
•	Cumplir con las normas de higiene, APPCC y seguridad alimentaria.
•	Participar activamente en la mejora continua de la oferta gastronómica.

Requisitos:

•	Experiencia mínima de 1 año preferiblemente en hoteles 4* o 5* o restaurantes gastronómicos.
•	Preferiblemente con estudios en Cocina o relacionados.
•	Pasión por la cocina, creatividad y orientación al detalle.
•	Español fluido.
