We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club. As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours, handling guest needs, balancing daily financial reports, and supporting front desk operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform end-of-day accounting procedures and reconcile all financial transactions.

Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.

Manage the front desk during night hours, assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.

Ensure the security of guests and hotel property throughout the night.

Handle any guest complaints or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.

Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, security) when necessary.

Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the lobby.
