Reforzamos nuestro equipo comercial para acelerar el desarrollo de las ventas BtoC y BtoB en los mercados español y portugués.
En colaboración con la DMC Europa, definiremos y lideramos el plan de acción asociado a las siguientes misiones:

1. Desarrollo de ventas
Prospectar, desarrollar y consolidar acuerdos de colaboración s con turoperadores o  distribuidores para promover y comercializar Huttopia entre la clientela Española prioritariamente y Portuguesa. Negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales.
Participar en ferias y salones profesionales y eventos BtoB para aumentar la notoriedad de Huttopia.
Buscar y calificar nuevos leads en el mercado de grupos, reuniones e incentivos (seminarios, eventos, grupos de afinidad o escolares...), para los sitios Huttopia España y Portugal.
Identificar y dirigirse a nuevos segmentos de clientes especializados  (ej: cicloturismo), BtoC y BtoB.
Optimizar la presencia y el rendimiento de los sitios España & Portugal en plataformas de visibilidad o de reserva online, desarrollar y mantener la calidad de los posicionamientos en cada destino.

2. Vigilancia estratégica y conocimiento de mercado
Realizar un seguimiento de la competencia e identificar tendencias del mercado español y portugués.
Mantener una vigilancia activa de los eventos locales susceptibles de generar tráfico y demanda en los destinos de implantación de nuestros sitios  (festivales, eventos deportivos o culturales).
Construir y mantener un calendario de momentos claves en los mercado de referencia y colaborar con los equipos centrales de marketing para definir los planes de animación comercial y marketing asociados.

3. Reporting y análisis
Seguir y analizar los indicadores de rendimiento Business y Cliente (facturación, satisfacción clientes, fidelización).
 Proponer planes de acción correctivos y ejes de mejora.

Perfil buscado
Formación superior (Grado/Licenciatura o Máster) en comercio, marketing o turismo.
-Experiencia confirmada (3 a 5 años) en desarrollo comercial BtoC y BtoB, idealmente en el sector turístico, hotelero o de ocio.
- Conocimiento de los hábitos de consumo en el mercado español.
- El conocimiento del mercado turístico es un plus, no una necesidad.
- Excelente capacidad de negociación y habilidades interpersonales.
- Autonomía, proactividad y espíritu de equipo.
- Español nativo, dominio de inglés o francés (idealmente), el dominio del portugués es un plus.
- Gusto por las actividades Oudoor y el universo Hutt

Como Rental Car Agent en la oficina de Hertz ubicada en el aeropuerto de Madrid, serás responsable de:

· Asesorar y cuidar de manera personalizada al cliente, aportando valor añadido a su
"rental journey".
· Gestionar reservas y formalizar contratos de alquiler de la flota de vehículos.
· Promover servicios y productos adicionales al alquiler del vehículo que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades de cada cliente.
· Entregar y controlar la devolución de vehículos.

Se trata de 1 vacante con contrato indefinido de jornada parcial de 27 horas semanales, con horarios rotativos por semana, según se detalla: Lunes, sábados y domingo turnos rotativos.

Que necesitas para empezar con Hertz:

Grado en Turismo o Ciclo Superior de Grado Formativo relacionado con el sector Hospitality.
Buen nivel de inglés, valorando otros idiomas.
Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
Pasión por las ventas y la atención al cliente.
Habilidad proactiva, personalidad dinámica y polivalente.
Carnet de conducir B.
