What we expect from you
Minimum qualification: Certificate of Higher Education (Grado)
Minimum 1 year guiding experience is required.
Very fluent in Spanish & Catalan.
Advanced Level of English (the interviews will be in English).
Positive attitude and desire to do an excellent job with attention to detail.
Very responsible and committed to the project.
Customer care orientated.
Other languages are not necessary but will be a plus (especially Portuguese).
Experience guiding or in the tourism industry is not necessary but will be a plus.
What will be your tasks
Main task:
Guide some of our day tours in Barcelona / Catalonia and premium bespoke itineraries around Spain & Portugal.
Other tasks:
Design, create and manage new services, tours and luxury tailor-made itineraries.
Manage bookings.
Suppliers search and management.
Social Media management.
Customer care.
Other travel agent office tasks.
What we offer
Basic salary: 22.000€ gross annual salary.
Extra salary: extra payment set by objectives. All potential tips from the tours. Meals / accommodation (when required) during the tours.
