We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to manage organization of key areas and projects. (S)he must have strong Project Management skills as she will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
(S)he is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. (S)he will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out duties with accuracy and speed.
(S)he is skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that she oversees. (S)he thrives when planning projects and working with project teams.
Her/His responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope and organizing and coordinating work teams. (S)he will be in charge of coordinating specific projects in the organization. (S)he will pitch the idea of the project if needed to Creative team, then plan, organize, sometimes budget, and always monitor and report on the project.
(S)he is the bridge between upper management and the teams. Her area of work will be the Creative Department specifically, but will work with areas such as F&B (Food and Beverages), Chefs, our Fashion Boutique and our in-house Design and Product teams.
She reports regularly on the progress of each project and specific work that needs to be delivered and makes sure it is staying on the approved schedule. She will ultimately be responsible for following the direction of the Head of New Projects and for coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling and completing projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
The final goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

* Coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects: Assembling and leading the work team and planning all project resources.
* Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Overseeing the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the
different interests involved are satisfied.
* Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant team members and ensuring technical
* Ensuring resource availability.
* Developing a detailed project plan to track progress, and create and maintain comprehensive project

Great educational background: Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
Proven working experience as a coordinator or project administrator or related field (3+ years).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent client/guest-facing and internal communication skills.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent at time management and monitoring and reporting progress.
Excellent at putting together presentations and work reports.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, and Apple’s iOs programs (Keynote, Pages, etc.).
Experience in hospitality will be a plus.
