CRYSTAL CRUISES MANNING WILL ONLY CONSIDER CVs ON ENGLISH

General Responsibilities:
• Follow the Supervisor’s instructions for Menu plans and daily preparations.
• Know the requirements of the Menus and to plan ahead for operational needs accordingly.
• Report work orders to the Sous Chef when deficiencies are noted or when maintenance is required and to follow up on the work orders in a timely manner.
• Provide six star service at all times.
• Additional duties in other departments such as gangway duties, luggage handling, room service, stores loading etc. as necessary.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Professional Category: Worker
Residence Permit: European Union

Qualifications needed:
• Minimum age of 18
• Fluent in English
• Professional Chef Certification or Culinary Academy
• Minimum experience of three (3) years in a luxury international hotel property as a Cook/Chef de Partie or a minimum experience of two (2) years in the luxury cruise industry as a Cook/Chef de Partie
