At this moment we are looking for an International Sales Specialist to work with a company in Seville that specializes in payment systems in the tourism industry. This role will report to the SVP Sales.
- Wholly own customer relationships, becoming a strategic partner in commission payment processing.
- Create and actively update detailed account plans.
- Manage and track customer transactional information into SFDC, logging all sales activity within the company process keeping customer accounts current and accurate.
- Pursue relationships with key decision makers across client organizations to grow the company footprint within each account.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Close Sales Qualified Leads (SQL's) passed from Pre-Sales Team.
- Negotiate Renewals and Annual Pricing Increases.
- Upsell to Regional/Global Accounts
- Share of Wallet.
- Increased penetration of Current Customer Base.
- Identify and Document (Salesforce) Decision Makers and Key Contacts.
- Pipeline Management.
- Attend industry events to meet with prospective customers
-Customer Advance Planning and Execution.
- Performance Reviews and "State of the Union" (SOTU) Facilitation.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years of sales or business development.
-Well versed in use of CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal (C1-C2).
-Experience in the tourism industry.
