Joining the TUI Destination Experiences Finance Team as a Treasury Supervisor you will collaborate with the Treasury (TR) activities within the Global Finance Service – Destination Experiences (GFS-DX) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Treasury Supervisor you will monitor the internal processes and decisions that cause changes in liquidity cash management. You will provide information for corporate finance and financial risk management and manage relationship with banks and other investors.

Further, you will assist the Treasury Manager and take over supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Your responsibilities will include interviewing and training of employees, supporting and providing ongoing advice to the team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems with minimal supervision.

Experience: 2 - 3 years
Professional Category: Worker
Residence Permit: Spain

Business University degree valuable
Experience in similar position with a minimum of three years developing Treasury matters
Previous Team management experience preferred
A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
Strong Excel skills
Excellent language skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish mandatory
An individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business
