Join us as Customer Experience Trainee
You´ll be part of the team in charge of increasing the Brand values in hotels. You will collaborate with the team, for the correct implementation of images, product and service standards; obtaining as a result the improvement of guest satisfaction at all levels. We are looking for someone creative, dynamic, who pays attention to details, with communicative skills and the ability to work in teams.
Among your functions, you will find:
Monitoring and creating customer experience monthly reports for the EMEA region group of hotels
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Area Managers on developing and following up on the individual hotels customer experience action plans
Give support on the correct implementation of brand attributes and initiatives
Support the Customer Experience Area Managers on executing the Pre-Opening action plans for any openings
High Level of English and Spanish
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Studies according to the position
Basic understanding of design software will be highly valued
Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement through an academic institution
Availability to start 27th of August, 2018
