W2M as a global on and offline provider of travel services in more than 175 countries, is looking for a Client Performance Analyst.
As a member of our commercial team you will be responsible, amongst others, for the following duties:
• XML support during the integration process.
• Analysis, following and relationship with clients for increasing conversion.
• Monitoring performance for both suppliers & clients (requests, errors, timeouts).
• Activation/deactivation of users in our system.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
• Provide support to our clients and commercial department
Titulación mínima: Diplomado Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años Categoría profesional: Empleado Residencia: Provincia vacante
It's a must:
• A "Can do" attitude

• Fluency in oral and written English
• Tourism degree or Administration/Economics
• Knowledge of XML
• Ability to think and work analytically
• Experience in similar position
• Strong collaboration skills, customer and team focused.
• Knowledgeable about, the B2B online distribution travel/tourism industry with a good understanding of market dynamics.
• A general understanding and interest in technology, particularly the features and benefits of different IT and web based solutions to
connect and store data (e.g. XML, white label websites)
