After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents to join our Resort Flight Check-In Team in Resort on part-time Fixed Term contracts.
This role will work as part of our Team on early shift mornings, afternoons or on a split-shift basis Monday to Sunday. Reporting to the Resort Flight Check-In Duty Manager, the Passenger Service Agent in Resort will be responsible for: Responsible for providing all our customers with an excellent check in service in the hotels. Offering additional discounts to our customers on their next flights with Jet2.com. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, promoting the safety first culture. Providing our customers with clear instructions on their next steps once they arrive at the airport. Delivering fantastic customer service. Preparing next day's resort routes.
The successful candidate will: Be fluent in English with a good understanding of Spanish. Have the right to work in the location that you are applying for. Preferably have a full driving licence and your own vehicle. Previous experience within the Airline or Travel industry is desirable, although this is not essential.
