We have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents to join our Resort Flight Check-In Team in Resort on part-time Fixed Term contracts. This role will work as part of our Team on early shift mornings, afternoons or on a split-shift basis Monday to Sunday.
Reporting to the Resort Flight Check-In Duty Manager, the Passenger Service Agent in Resort will be responsible for:
Providing a warm and friendly welcomeResponsible for providing all our customers with an excellent check in service in the hotelsOffering additional discounts to our customers on their next flights with Jet2.comEnsure adherence to safety regulations, promoting the safety first cultureProviding our customers with clear instructions on their next steps once they arrive at the airportDelivering fantastic customer servicePreparing next day's resort routes The successful candidate will: Have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer serviceBe fluent in English with a good understanding of SpanishHave the right to work in the location that you are applying forPreferably have a full driving licence and your own vehicle Previous experience within the Airline or Travel industry is desirable, although this is not essential.
