Do you love travel and helping others find fantastic cycling adventures in the Algarve with us? We at AlgarveCycling are looking for a friendly Travel Consultant to join our sunny team. You’ll be the go-to person for Travel agencies and our guests, helping them plan and tailor their perfect trips, offering thoughtful advice, and making every detail run smoothly. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with strong customer-service skills and a love for travel, this could be a great fit. Let’s turn dream trips into memorable experiences, one tour at a time.

Tasks
• Chat with Travel agencies and clients/guests to understand their cycling vacation needs and preferences.
• Design and customize cycling tours and travel itineraries in the Algarve region.
• Coordinate tour & bike rental bookings (online & in-shop)
• Communicate smoothly with clients and partners
• Lead welcome meetings & share key information with guests
• Deliver professional, friendly, solution-oriented service throughout their stay
• Coordinate with local hotels, transport agencies, and guides to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Requirements
• Friendly, open personality and true team spirit
• Quick learner with solution-oriented thinking
• Confident with tools like Google Sheets and Gmail
• Language skills are a plus (English, Dutch or German especially)
• Flexibility: rotating Saturday shifts (with Monday off in return)
• Customer service mindset: welcome meetings, guest support & sales assistance
