Outside Catering Sales Manager will be in a key sales position, responsible primarily for generating new business as well as maintaining existing corporate catering accounts. Preparing all event documentation and coordinates with operational departments to ensure consist, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of outside property events. Reporting direct to Director of Group & Convention Sales. Maximising sales and meeting profit and financial expectations.

• at least 2+ of professional experience in executive position in outside catering in event industry;
• excellent verbal & written communication skills both in polish and english languages;
• passionate about event planning and committed to educating themselves on current food & beverage trends;
• ability to forecast related revenues;
• strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
• exceptional organizational and supervisory skills;
• strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others;
• opera/ fidelio knowledge will be an asset.
