• Providing counselling services and conducting sales- oriented negotiations
• Leading, coordinating & controlling the local office
• Aiming for 100% occupancy by maintaining and acquiring new clients
• Dealing with customer requests or complaints in person, by e-mail, mail, or by phone
• Viewing with clients, if necessary
• Coordinating check-ins/check- outs and technical issues
• Actively checking & controlling of the buildings, office & apartments

• Fluent French and excellent English (written & spoken) any other language skills are a plus
• Highly motivated, outstanding individual who is able to work under pressure
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organized, structured, ability to multitask and attention to detail
• Ability to work within a fast paced industry and a very dynamic environment
