The Junior Analyst - CRM position is an analytical role with the goal to enhance user experience and to deliver analytical CRM and digital marketing initiatives. You will create and evaluate CRM reports, define market(ing) segments, identify trend metrics, and consult the Digital Experience department in optimizing brand and marketing campaigns. You will further support the Head of Digital Marketing and the Director of Communications with data for efficient decision-making and to fulfill the vision of a personalized Design Hotels™ brand experience and to achieve departmental KPI targets.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Analyze CRM data such as membership levels, geographical and demographical clusters, behavioral metrics, booking history, revenue, and response to digital marketing initiatives
Provide recommendations on how to improve marketing campaigns and website KPIs
Perform ongoing SEO keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities to optimize web pages
Identify trends and develop a point of view on opportunities to recognize gaps and improvements
Perform, deliver, and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Experience & Mindset:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration; experience in the hospitality industry preferred
At least 2 years of working experience in CRM analytics and solid knowledge of e-commerce, and technology
Strong data analytics and query skills (SQL, Pivots, Macros, VLOOKUP, Tableau)
Experience with SEO and Google analytics
Strong problem-solving and excellent planning and organizational skills
Team player with excellent communication skills (fluency in English, German beneficial)
