Expedia is currently looking for action-oriented, motivated individuals who have an obsession with customer satisfaction to join our Multilingual team - Lodging Support Services Contact Center based in Prague, Czech Republic. In this position, you will focus on providing inbound and outbound support to Expedia hotel business partners based in Italy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Offer frontline, inbound phone support to hotel partners
Contact hotel partners to resolve bookings issues, such as customer refunds, special requirements for bookings, confirm reservations, customer no show.
Provide EPC user maintenance functions, from basics such as creating access, setting password, verification code issues.
Assist hotel partners in updating inventory availability on our websites.
Manage basic financial queries which may include card transactions, billing procedures and invoice disputes.
Educate partners on self service functions related to Financial Support
Administer accounting related processes, including accounts payable inquiries from hotel partners.
Manage complex financial transaction support (disputes, short payments) to lodging partners across multiple business/contract models
Support the Market Management Team and suppliers in updating payment details and methods.

Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and Italian language is required

·Experience in customer service oriented industry.
·Hotel/Travel -industry experience preferred.
·Experience with Microsoft Office products and various call center support programs.
