As a Guest Relations Associate you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times on front desk. Your key responsibilities will include check in and check out, billing, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales.

Requirements Previous reception experience in a similar role at four/five star hotels Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Additional languages a plus. Good computer skills and familiar with Standard MS Office applications, Front Office Fidelio or Opera PMS Systems. Must have the drive and passion to succeed at the highest level. All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must be in possession of the relevant passport and visa.
