The Chef de Partie will prepare the recipes, organise the planning and make the food orders. As Chef de Parti you assist the Sous Chef, by planning the preparation, production and cooking of food appropriate to the section and to the required standard, ensuring guest satisfaction. You order ingredients as required and ensure that stocks are rotating, labelled and stored in compliance with procedures laid out in the H&S manual, so that food safety and quality is maintained. Other tasks include developing garnitures, cleaning the workplace, working according the HCCP-method, assisting by the distribution of stocks.
